"Treehouse apartments are ok I've lived here 5 years. Never had any issues only in the laundry room. Other than that I like the place. A.s.c...I've heard people say roaches. Well you can't blame that on the apartments. They come out and spray I've never seen a roach here ."
"They are roach infested. The maintenance is strung out on meth. Never sleep. Have no respect for the tenants. They were trying to jump me. The managements husband was throwing stuff up at my apartment. While my child was there. They acted like fools. The owner seems oblivious to whats going on. Or stupid. Maybe he didn't care. IDK. Don't move in there."
"If I could give no stars I would! Spring Hill is the worst apartments I have ever lived in ever. In the 2 years I lived there they had 3 different owners and like 4+ different managers. Every one of them has hired the worst of the worst management and maintenance. My husband had to fix our air and heat himself. The place is also infested with mice and roaches and every week you hear about someone there getting bed bugs. Main reason I am writting this is because about a week ago there was 30+ people all at the apartment next to us having a bday party. Well some of them had started physically fighting and so I was standing at the door being nosy. So the main person that's fighting kicked my car and put a huge dent in it! I told my husband to let the man calm down then to say something. Well that made them turn all their frustration towards us and over 20 of them came to our door and tried to fight us even though we were just trying to talk to them. Ended up having to call the police and the guy hid inside his apartment so he wouldnt be arrested. That entire night we had people standing outside staring inside our place and I was threatened that if I didn't leave something would happen. Owner did absolutely nothing about it. He told us welcome to Okc because he knew we werent from here, (he said that about the gangs that live at this apartments) Keep in mind we just paid rent not even a week before. He would do nothing whatsoever even knowing that his own maintenance people were involved. I want to let people know what kind of people live and run those apartments. Hopefully spring hill is ready for court and to be on the news. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!"
"Management was in the process of changing when I left this dump, so hopefully they have become a livable property. I was moved into a studio with a window that didn't lock, a door that didn't shut, and a gapping hole that led from my kitchen straight outside. I lived here during the window before deciding going back to my car was better. The air conditioning unit would just fall on the floor, giving anyone ample opportunity to come in. When it rained, my ceiling would leak ---- I was on the first floor. I don't even understand how! My apartment was flooded, everything besides what was in the fridge was destroyed. I lived here six weeks and had water for a total of 10 days. Even with water running, pipes were freezing, then bursting, pouring all through the parking lots, the freezing over as well. This frozen patch behind my building was there and reported daily by myself and neighbor for 7 days. In a way to prove a point, as well as annoy them enough to do something. Nothing was done. The neighbor upstairs slipped and fell two days later. She was in a comma when I left. This place was a sick joke, asking for $500. Psht. Hopefully it has changed."
"If you can live anywhere else, please do. At least be aware of what you are getting in to. The complex is the literal definition of slum, at least in Oklahoma. The bad reviews are very spot on. At one point, our building had no water for 3 days, without notice, while they fixed a water leak that flooded my bathroom and kitchen. At another, I woke up to a non functional toilet and raw sewage backed up into my bathtub. There is no emergency maintenance. There is no landlord until rent time. There is mold in the ceiling and a recent stabbing. You were warned."
