"The 3405 buildings have NO dumpsters for a month now . 4 across the street for 240+ Units. NO TRASH SERVICE AT MY BUILDING since Feb, the service TOOK THE DUMPSTER, why? My service is INCLUDED IN THE RENT! This is not a management problem she's good, it's a corporate problem!"

"Was a great apartment at 1st decided not to pay rent until problem was solved but no they didn't fixed anything made it a health problem where now I still fighting to stay breathing!!"

"The apartments are gross, maintenance sucks, bugs everywhere, people on drugs scream all night and security/managment do nothing. When I moved out they charged me for stuff I did not do and when I contacted TAYLOR in the office she was very very unprofessional, assumed I was another tenant, and proceeded to call me nasty and dirty and then when I tried to tell her I never owned a dog and she got the apartment mixed up she hung up on me :). Same yourself time and money and find somewhere else. Yes the price is good but it’s not worth your health, sleep, or sanity."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying in an apartment that was an absolute gem for its value. This was truly a great find and exceeded all of my expectations. One of the best features of this apartment complex was the friendly and responsive maintenance staff and apartment manager. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns and their professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the quality of the fixtures and the attention to detail that had gone into the renovations of the space. The living area was spacious and bright, and the bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances you could possibly need. One of the things that made this apartment so special was the swimming area offered. It was nice because for such an affordable place the pool was so nice and well maintained. The location of this apartment was also ideal. It is situated right by Hefner Parkway and in walking distance to Winco! Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great value in their living space. The friendly staff, beautiful apartment, and the location made for an unforgettable experience that truly exceeded all expectations."
