The exterior is very nice, the interiors are updated with granite countertops. This is a property worth looking at if you are looking for an apartment but they lease quick."

"I have been here for 15 years. a new company has renewed the complex and has made it a very nice community to live in they're really on top of things. If you are looking for a nice place And a nice community with good maintenance and management the brickson will please you. Just call them and talk to Tiffany she will get you squared away and take good care of you. Now if i can figure out how to get me one of those new refrigerators ha ha ha ha. And pay no attention to the reviews that are 2-3 years old that is the previous owner and management who are no longer here."

"As of today the best news is that in March Pelican Hill apartments was sold and purchased by new owners that really cared about their tenants well-being, living in humane conditions and it's just so very much appreciated that I for one thank my blessings everyday for gbb multifamily and more so true management company. This company has the utmost respect for every tenant and make sure that when we are having issues with anything they get right on it the very same day. As anybody can see if they drive by the old apartment complex will not recognize the new and updated buildings. I look at it as since we're on the edge of Nichols hills that the owners wanted to actually have their tenants have a clean updated stainless steel kitchen appliances, ceiling fans in each room the wiring the plumbing the water is all brand new. It's so Grand I often have to pinch myself that I really am living the life of luxury but very affordable prices. So if anybody out there wants to join me the new name is brickson apartments and their website is very update and keep up everyday with what's available and for how much. I promise nobody will be disappointed come on over and see!"
