"My ceiling caved in right before Christmas and they still have not fixed the 3ft by 3ft hole. It's now Jan 25th so it's been an entire month and they still have not fixed it. I called and spoke with the office manager and she told me "she's not a drywall person so there's nothing she can do at the moment". I called the company that owns the apartment Eucalyptus Realty and left a message on the complaint line but no one has called me back. The quality of these apartments has gone downhill. They need to update the units! I can't wait to finish school and afford to move out of these slums."

"Wonderful move in experience. The staff left a cute little move in gift bag full of goodies with a wine glass in the newly ran dishwasher for move in day. Freshly cleaned, nice and welcoming! Office Manager and all staff have been very helpful, accommodating, prompt and efficient during the whole process from start to finish. Thank you Six100! We look forward to becoming part of the community here!"

"I stay here, plumbing is always a issue they send out mass text/emails atleast twice a week saying the water is off and should be back on shortly, also currently my HOT water is not working going on 4 or 5 days and it’s the end of November so I’m taking cold showers in the winter basically smh don’t move here!!"

"I was homeless for 2 months when I first moved up here due to my job starting so early and I wish I just stayed homeless. If you like your possessions and don’t want them ruined so the leasing office can hire “ plumbers” to do electrician work. He actually blew 3 outlet boxes within 15 minutes. They’re a joke. Stay homeless!"
