"I've really been refraining from leaving a review for this place for awhile. But I'd really hate seeing new people come in and then find out the disappointment they'll get in to. Straight to the point, these units are roach & mice infested. Some last I knew, were having bedbug issues. (Update, they're finally starting to spray again) We didn't get to see our unit after we signed papers because it was under renovation. The management we signed lease with, was decent. They were nice and understanding. They worked around our pay schedule when rent was due. This new management, has been quite a nightmare. Not willing to work with the residents. They're rude when talking to you. They caused quite the chaos with some of us. We can't even keep bikes stored or grill on the property anymore. These units are cheaply renovated. Peel and stick vinyl flooring, cheap paint that chips(especially on the counter tops) The shower that was "redone" was only painted over. That's already started to chip away. The sinks leak sometimes under the cabinets. (For the most part we got it to stop) appliances are outdated but at least they work. Stuff just breaks left and right here, but you're better left to fix it on your own if you can. I will say the new maintenance guys does his best. But I don't think he quite knows what he's doing? He seems chill at least. But when he fixed our shower, it just runs constant hot water, we are unable to turn it to warm/cold/hot. I know something built back in the 70's wasn't gonna be the best to look at, but when you're renovating units, at least try and make them decent. These are really over priced for when we first moved in ($700 2bd 1bth), and now the price shot up to $899 if you sign onto the new lease. In my opinion, just take your money elsewhere.
