"I dont live here, but the media has reported twice now for tenants who can't get repairs made. This latest report has 2 tenants being evicted for withholding rent while awaiting repairs. Let's hope the tenants prevail in court and the owner/management get their act together. Take care of the property or get out of the business. Don't be a slum lord."

"Who in their right sane mind would live here? Said they were condemned but they have a full house rats included. And they changed from all bills paid....now there should have beena line drawn for moving in but these are desperate times and when you don't wanna be homeless you'll take anything in 2023"

"I just visited briefly, and it was already dark outside, so visibility was somewhat limited, but my overall impression was good. It was clean, and what I saw of the complex looked well-maintained and was well-lit. I was on foot, and it was at night, but I felt safe. It's a large complex, and it's on this side of town, but I saw nothing sketchy-looking going on anywhere in the parking lot, and I had to walk through the whole complex because the apartment I was visiting was all the way in the back. So, as a woman walking alone, I got a good overall impression from what I saw, but this is the only time I've been there. The reason for it not being a 5-star rating is just due to it looking a little older, but it is what it is I think the rent is fairly affordable."

"The manager/owner Pat was very rude I went in and filled out an application and I have an ESA and he straight-up refused me even though it is against federal law to refuse a person housing no matter breed weight or size have your dog. So I guess we know what's next."

"They r terrible. Meth heads bedbugs neddles on the ground outside rats snakes.... yes snakes and roaches. Terrible neighbors. Pat is very rude and people digging in the trash... aweful"
