"From the initial call to move in, the experience was top notch. Cheyenne was always prompt to respond on questions and got me into an amazing apartment. The entire staff from maintenance to concierge and valet, take great care of the residents. Update February 2024 - Move out experience not so great. After voicing concerns over air quality in the apartment, the tone of the staff changed dramatically. There was definitely a lack of fresh air ventilation in the HVAC system. While I never received any updates on the status, I believe that it has been resolved. Management did not respond to me in any way other than to verbally inform me that they were having a company come in and look at the situation. The last few weeks were a bit odd given the amazing start to living here. Felt entirely invisible at move out."

"Life at The First Residences was an absolute dream!! I moved this summer of 2023 to start prep for greater college pursuits!! I moved in when they first opened in the spring of 2022. The move in process was super smooth and I had the absolute best view in one of the South facing apartments with the 4 huge windows in the living space that give a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the city. I moved to an even better layout in the spring of 2023 and got to wake up to heart fluttering sunrises. The community at The First National is one of a kind! Everyone was just Wonderful!! My dog park and pet parent friends were where I started building community. More residents would come get puppy cuddles, and we would all just sit and talk and enjoy each other's company. Living in a building where your neighbors are friends has always been my hearts desire! Being single in a place created to connect is probably the coolest thing ever! You have people to chat with, go out for puppy play dates with, grab a drink with, and celebrate life events! It was the absolute best part of my year! Going to breakfast at Tellers or Guilded Acorn or dinner at Stock & Bond was like an episode of Cheers! "Where everybody knows your name!" Everyone there is just so pleasant, and I've always wanted to really know who is there because then you are always in the company of friends. The leasing office staff I started with were Chloe, Cheyenne, and Tarisha ♡ These wonderful ladies handled a brand new build where so much was new and still in process like freakin Champs!!! Anytime I had questions, I always received a response. Even when I was waiting, we would pass each other in the hall, and they would bring up what I had asked and let me know they would get back to me. I felt heard and always had a smooth time with leasing questions. My apartment transition within the building was flawless. I would recommend anyone live here for at LEAST 1 year because you need to be a part of All of the holiday celebrations!!!!! Christmas was Incredible!! It was soooooooo wonderful to come downstairs to this euphoric sparkly scene! Omg, and when they change the color of the lights! Total swoon! If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate! Go for it and thank me later"

"I love living here! Feeling safe was my #1 goal and I couldn’t feel more safe here. Covered, secured parking, complimentary valet, and secured access to residential floors. It’s clean and beautiful and quiet. Truly an amazing metropolitan living experience."

"When I first stepped foot into The First National Building I knew something was going to be different in my living experiences of all other apartment buildings I have lived in throughout Oklahoma City. I immediately set up a tour with The First Residences leasing office and a few days later I was getting settled into my new apartment in downtown Oklahoma City. Every employee that makes living here what it is, the leasing team, the concierge, security, valet, & cleaning, have all been incredibly kind and helpful any and every time I have reached out. The resident events and restaurants within the building have connected me to new friends and networking within my career. I love to be moving and active so being able to hop on my bike or throw on my rollerblades and zoom the streets and parks nearby that lead to wonderful trails along the river has been like any other kind of active life style I could have dreamt of living in Oklahoma. If I could give living at The First Residences 100 stars, I would do just that."

"I've lived at The First Residences for a couple months now and couldn't be happier. After spending 18 years in Los Angeles, I did not know what to expect from OKC, but this building is one of a kind. Chloe was amazing in organizing our arrival from afar and all of the staff here are incredible. The maintenance team (which is always a gamble with any apartment) are all knowledgeable, fast, and professional. The location is also perfect. There are so many parks, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance and within the building. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else."
