"Very unprofessional and highly rude! When I first came to fill my application out, honestly the lady was nice and welcoming. I got denied for a apartment and that’s no biggy! The problem is I paid or let me say this, at least I THOUGHT I paid a $150 for the admin fee and application fee. Turns out the payment was never received to the apartments and they just went ahead with the screening. Well on my part of confusion I thought the 150 was refundable if I wasn’t approved. So me thinking I didn’t get approved I was wanting my $150 back. Well I emailed the apartment email and they say they never received the $150 so again me being confused I’m like How? What do you mean?. Because on my end it say’s received! Long story short I just called up to the apartments and I believe Katie was the rude lady that answered. All I was trying to do was understand the confusion on my part. I get I shoulda have known the fee was non refundable but I didn’t . And Katie being the manager could have handle the situation way better than. As soon as she picks the phone up I say my name is alisha and she’s like” yea I know who you are” and starts going off not allowing me to speak or explain my confusion. This was very unprofessional and very rude. I’m actually glad I didn’t get approved. I wouldn’t want an office manager like that any day of the week."

"Absolutely trash! I hated living here and got out as soon as I could. The day I moved in my apartment was filthy. Bobby pins from previous tenants in different rooms, smelled of cigarettes, and hair in the bathroom from the previous tenants. The apartment complex outside was always trashed. The communication and attitude suck from multiple employees that worked in the office. They did not care or want to hear about anything you had to say. I wouldn't be upset with them or raise my voice or be rude to them but they would cut you off in the middle of your sentence and be condescending. They wouldn't communicate properly about fees you will owe and things you will be charged for when you move out as well. Avoid this place if you can!"

"My mom is elderly and has late stage COPD. I worried about her until she came here. They are so very kind and helpful. The place is clean, safe, and if there happens to be an issue, they are promptly on it. I couldn't thank the staff enough. Great place!!"

"I would like to say that I am so thankful for country side apartments. I used live in those apartments. I accidentally ordered a package and sent it to the wrong address which was the countryside address. I talk to the neighbors and I also talk to the office the office people warned everybody about the package they sent out people for a lookout and everything even though I was not living in their complex, they were very nice. They were sweet they were loving they were caring, especially for people that didn’t even live in the apartment complex. I am just very thankful that it was them in the apartment complex instead of anybody else cause I feel like nobody would’ve helped us and I just want to say thank you to the people at countryside for everything. If it was not for living so far from our jobs, I would definitely move back into countryside just for them. Thank you countryside."
