"This place has gotten worst ever since Pro Residential took over. Pro Residential is a company located in LA. They have many apartments that they neglect. The maintenance has gotten worst. There are mice and roaches everywhere now. Management makes up rules on the fly and does what they want to. Pro Residential is the worst thing to happen to all renters. They are a private company and they can not be found on Dun and Bradstreet. They use these complexes as a quick cash grab exploiting the section 8 tenants with overpriced rent. Once I find the person in charge definitely going to file a UCC Lien on this person for being such a terrible person. North Village used to be tolerable until now."

"Well, I've applied at the beginning of June under Section 8. The apartment that I requested was approved. OHFA will not inspect it because it's a little more than what I'm allowed. Which I thought I was allowed the 1100. I guess my figures was wrong. OHFA had ask if they would lower the rent to 818.00 but they wouldn't. So, I wasn't able to get the apartment. I called and ask about get my retainer fee back and she said no. I really feel that isn't right. So do you people just keep people money if things don't work out with section 8?"

"Horrible living conditions nothing work they never fix anything they are a money Hungry corporations they make up faults paperwork to collect more money out every tenant. The management is rude and disrespectful. To everyone don't move here at all save your self form these unprofessional unpleasant apartment"
