Kara, one of the office staff is so amazing and has the sweetest biggest heart ❤️ she has helped me so much through the whole process. Any issues I have had they are attentive and respond quickly to the issue to get it resolved. Kara made me a welcome gift basket which was so thoughtful and sweet. They make you feel heard and very important. I would recommend these apartments to everyone to make their home. I look forward to staying here for a long time. They truly care about their tenants."

"I recently visited this complex with my partner to look at a unit, and it ended up being the most positive apartment search experience we’ve had. The grounds were clean, the apartments were in good condition, and the staff was top notch. A special thanks to Kara who gave us the tour. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, she answered whatever questions we had at the time, and she even answered additional questions days later as we thought of them. Kara has made this process so much easier and less stressful compared to any other location I have visited. The property manager Shirene also assisted with my questions and explained apartment policy is a clear and concise way. I can absolutely see my partner and myself living here."

"Very unsafe. Thief in the complex I’ve been living in this complex for 7 months and I have numerous packages stolen from me. I already reported it to the police and complex office but nobody seems to care. Writing this review to help anyone deciding to move here, as I decided based on the reviews too (at the time was 5/5) Funny thing is that the thief feels safe enough to try out my clothes and they brought the ones that didn’t match back to my door in a USPS box! Not mentioning other issues. My unit was supposed to be renovated but it didn’t have a cox outlet. I was asking and begging the office for like a month and they didn’t care. I didn’t have Wifi for a month and ended up paying $100 to a cox technician to come it and fix/create an outlet. In warm weather, I kept seeing bugs and animals like lizards, big spiders, ants, bees, … in my unit and the office didn’t do anything about it. am paying $1000 for a 700 sqf unit and I feel very unsafe and unhappy in this place. in addition to insects, there are holes in the walls and the carpets get wet when raining and it smells bad. Plus, I used to submit maintenance requests through the website but it will be pending forever. They never care. Yesterday I had another package stolen and I spent another 100 bucks on a camera. They don’t seem to do a background check on the tenants. Don’t move here! Even for free. I’m scared sleeping at nights."

Especially Kara and Lenard, from offering drinking water to Kara actually chasing me down in the parking lot after I left to remind me of something. Customer service was exemplary! Thank you!!"
