"The people in the office are so nice. From the moment I moved in I was treated with nothing but respect. Anytime I needed something Jessica was right there if needed. She is so polite and friendly. I never want to leave this place."
"I have been living here for some time now, I moved into a renovated townhouse. The new manager, Jessica, is doing a great job handling all the complaints heading her way. Ever since she came here, the complex has become more organized, safer and cleaner. She responds very fast to emails, rent can be paid online easily and they even made an app for maintenance. This made my life so much easier since I work long hours. The working staff are extremely friendly and helpful."
"Over the past few months, we have faced a series of significant issues with our apartment and the management of 717 1) Initial State: Upon moving in late November, we discovered the apartment in a severely uninhabitable state. Issues included unmounted and shifting appliances, pervasive mold, inadequate heating, water damage, and sewage leaking from the toilet, among others. Even basic things, such as removal of empty beer cans in the storage rooms and removal of food from previous residents was ignored. 2) Inadequate Responses & Band-aid Fixes: Reported issues were met with prompt but insufficient action. Responses continue to not fully address the extent of the problems, opting for half-measures that only kick the issue down the line. 3) Sewage Leak: A sewage leak from the downstairs toilet, took nearly three months to resolve, and the only attempt made to clean the remaining sewage was a small industrial fan for 3 days, which does not mitigate the risk of bacterial or mold growth, nor fixes the contamination soaked into the floorboards. 4) Water Damage & Fire Hazard: Recently, the downstairs ceiling became so saturated with water from the upstairs bathroom it dumps whenever the shower is used, and a massive water stain has overtaken the area. This water is leaking into the walls and ceiling because none of the water fixtures in the apartment were caulked or sealed when we arrived, and we’ve had to have maintenance come out no less than three times to seal various areas (which the leak proves is still greatly inadequate). Given the locations of these leaks, it presents a severe fire hazard, as it could easily saturate the wiring in the walls. 5) Communication Breakdown: There is a significant lack of communication and action from the management. Requests for repair updates have been ignored and multitudes of questions and concerns left unanswered. The maintenance request system has been ineffective, with submitted tickets remaining open without updates. In short, one may be considering moving into these apartments because of their nice countertops or affordable rates, but understand that those are true indicators to the failure of management. They prefer a thin veneer of presentability over properly maintained units. I could not recommend this apartment less to those searching. PS: They advertise in unit washer and dryer hookups, but they cannot fit any standard washer and dryer unit. There isn’t even an electric plug for a standard dryer, one would have to purchase a specialized unit to be able to work in this space. This suggests that at one point in-unit washer and dryers were provided, as the type of specialized unit is not typically bought by the average person and costs close to $2000."
"The women in the office are great! They work with you on your moving situation. Maintenance is spot on! Haven’t had any problems or complaints about my townhome. Property is kept up there is a pool, dog park, and also a play area well kept and clean! Neighbors are quiet, everybody has positive vibes!"
"Jessica is a beast. She is the owner and manager and she does it virtually on her own. She is also very understanding and willing to work with you and hear you out as long as you show some respect. There were a few issues. We had no HVAC for the first month, but it has been fixed. We moved in while our townhouse was still needing a couple things renovated, but overall it’s been nice. They changed out our fridge within a day or so as well because it wasn’t working, but they had just put it in the day we moved in. The maintenance men are nice asl too. Which is always a plus. You have to understand that this is a small management/management company trying to do a 180 on these complexes that were HORRID before. Patience is a virtue and it has been worth it."
