"The staff and the manager are awesome and very respectful and I have a lot of respect for them because they are prompt and does their jobs real well!"
"I had a very bad experience with this property. You really need to make sure you see the exact apartment you will be moving into before you pay any deposit. I paid $300 on specific apt. Which never got ready on moving in date . They offered me a different one that I didn’t like. When i asked about my refund, they said I didn’t want to take what they have ready. And most of there apartments are very old style"
"I’ve lived in these apartments for a year , nothing gets fixed in a timely manner . The new leasing agent is very rude ! Just today she had over 12 cars towed with no notice at all ! No email sent out or anything ! I will be moving . Not to mention there are always leaks and plumbing problems ."
"I've lived at Vintage at 50th since summer of 2021. It's quiet and has a very large Floorplan for the price of monthly rent. I've had very few maintenance issues and when I have they have been fixed very quickly. Easy online rent payments also."
"My unit flooded twice in six months. The first time was a busted pipe and it took them two months to fix it. The second time it was a foundational issue with all the rain we've been having, and they didn't do anything other than rent a dehumidifier and new carpet. Unit 125. These building were constructed poorly. One of the buildings on the north side has been leaking for over a month. They scheduled loud yard work at 7 am. The maintenance people don't speak enough English to understand "I'll be back in 5 minutes." If the doggy poop bags run out, they get mad at us for not telling them to refill. Why do we have to tell you to do your job? Why do you schedule loud yardwork when people are trying to sleep? When my unit flooded and it reeked of mildew, they got mad at me for ripping up the carpet myself, but when I had mold in my cabinet they got mad at me for not taking care of it myself. Despite that it says in the lease that I must notify management if I find mold or mildew. It took them over a month to come look in the cabinet, and they left passive aggressive maintenance notes about it. The machines in the laundry room are old, small, overpriced, and only take quarters. And there are only four of each. I highly recommend going to Spin City instead. Also, if you would like to pay your rent online, it will cost an extra $50. Another, much larger complex I know of uses the same portal but charges only $5. This has led me to assume the "convenience service" pricing is based on volume. And while the $50 charge isn't completely Vintage's fault, it is still incredibly annoying. I've never hated living somewhere this much."
