"Absolutely do not move into this apartment. My AC has been out since March and I have been in contact with my apartment over 100 times and nothing has been done yet. For the last few weeks I have had to suffer at 85 to 90° in my apartment as the AC guy tells me it’s too hot to work on it. How do you think I have felt for the last few months? With that aside the roaches are unbearable. Our apartment has flooded multiple times and did they clean up the mildew and mold no they left that for me to deal with. By this point I am just worried about the AC because I have come to the fact that I have to deal with the other problems. I repeat you Do not even want to live here for a year. Please do not waste your time with this place like I did."
