"I wouldn’t call these luxury (for meridian these are pretty nice) as these apts are from an old motel, but the staff is nice. If you need anything fixed, you have to remind them at least 2-3 times because the first time they’ll respond, and then they’ll forget, you’ll put in a request, and they don’t do anything for another few weeks. And if you order packages frequently, don’t bother waiting outside to retrieve them on Saturday and Sunday as the office is closed. Also I’m paying little under $1,000 (utilities included) for a one bed, and even though it’s better than staying in an actual motel for more it’s still not giving “luxury apt” as I don’t have a garbage disposal (which would be really nice) and also things that are supposed to stay in place really don’t. The walls are extremely thin and so are the floors above and below, but that’s in a lot of apts. I do like my job is extremely close. Had to fix the shower water and a/c when I first moved in but now it’s great. Updating this because I’m really sick of things falling apart here. They’re mostly repairable by a little bit of time, but it’s really exhausting honestly. First, the door insulation strip on the bottom comes off and the last thing I want to do when I get home from work is attaching a dirty floor strip. Also, the electric outlet in the kitchen likes to randomly shut off, so instead of powering my hotpot, I thought my hotpot broke, causing me to throw it away, and then suddenly it works for my air fryer. So just weird currents? I just don’t like the inconsistencies I’m experiencing that’s all. Also as of 3.6.24 I’ve had valuables stolen from my property when left outside of door (even under the air conditioner) people will snoop through your stuff and steal. Happened to my neighbor as well. Had a chair stolen. Overall 5/10. Nice on the outside, okay on the inside, an okay budget (really small rooms), very frustrating to order anything delivered (third party deliveries always miss this complex and confuse it with either meridian inn or they go to the storage place behind us) but this area is great for walking and restaurants (if you don’t mind a little bit of coocoo and a bunch of homeless people) Ms. Deana is very sweet and one of the best parts of this complex! She constantly checks on the residents if they ever have a problem and is quick to solve it :))"

"At this time I can only give 2 stars due to lack.of response by leasing staff. Put in application on 11 Feb. No.news yet. Beautiful apts that have been renovated. Site is misleading saying there is availabilty when there isn't. No mention of pet deposit on site either. Its$500.0] plus $25.00 per mth. I have never heard of such a high deposit. That is more than the deposit for the apt. The website isn't really.user friendly. It had a few issues.with pages loading and links."
