"A BIG NO NO!! I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and 3 months. They charged us a moved-in fee of $150, stating that it would cover the damages incurred after we left, but they charged us another $250 extra as damages too, despite the fact that we literally vacuumed, cleaned, and washed every corner of the apartments, thinking that the moved-in fee would cover them. In addition to charging us twice, they treated our signed contract as insignificant evidence when I questioned them about the charged move-in fee. In the last two months, we were charged over $55 for a water bill, although the usual amount we used to receive was $30. They have zero communication between their staffs, or they pretend as if they don't know anything whenever you call for something. The MANAGEMENT is very RUDE and DISCOURTEOUS. They would not email or contact you with the amount you need to pay; instead, they would send it to your portal account with insufficient explanation, and you might not even know about it for several days after the end of your contract. Also, they literally don't care about you or your complaints. Despite our repeated requests for assistance with insect infestations through our portal, they never bothered to respond and continued to charge us an insecticide cost with each rental. All I see is big greed in the name of business and contract policies. Not only that, we saw so many police chases inside the apartment complex at night. Police cars were frequently in and out, and there was always something going on as well."

"I was visiting my daughter and had to breathe the smoke through the walls of the neighbor. IDK if they were above, or next to her apartment, but the cigarette smoke was so heavy that I had a hard time even trying to sleep...not to mention the smell of dope. The person above sounded like an elephant and the neighbors have no respect for late night, loud, and inconsiderate. I called about the toilet constantly running and asked for the rubber stopper and I would even put it on but that never happened so the toilet ran and ran and ran, on and off all day and night. The water is included in the rent, but still annoying to listen to a toilet 24/7. The stove tops are falling off and in terrible condition, like the burner doesn't even snap into the electrical coil. They do allow pets,"

"0 stars. Very unprofessional and rude, no compassion and extremely passive aggressive. Only want your money will add fees for the smallest things. Roach infestation in building 23 (and likely more) will only come bait your apartment, no full treatment. Appliances are from the 80s and the only thing they will do is try to transfer you rather than fixing the problem. Lies to tenants about certain things however when you go in person they will act like they told you the first time when they really didn’t. Also mold infested. I thought some of the reviews were just bad experiences however any experience aside from signing your lease is a bad one. Thanks. (Pictures from upon move in , in case they would like to lie)"

"Do not move here! If I could give 0 stars I would!! Apartments are old and some appliances are older than me. You only get until the 3rd for rent, even if there is a holiday or the weekend (so just add the late fee to your rent). No drop box for payments, the portal barely works and kicks your payments back causing extra fees. You are harrassed for payments throughout the month via emails and notices. They do not honor referral program. The walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING! Not kid friendly. The management is intrusive and unhelpful. So many issues that i barely have space. NOT WORTH IT!"

"Overall, I'm satisfied. Very reasonable rent, at least until unit is upgraded, hopefully after I've moved, lol. Generally quiet complex, except for pool area in summer.
