"Roaches, mice, methheads, gunshots, more roaches. Even had maggots in the carpet because the doors arent sealed and the place swarms with flies every summer. Oh and the place has roaches."

"These apartments are not up to code at all.The main stairwell is literally falling apart and unsafe to walk up.The railing for the top floor is rotting and unsafe to lean on.Save your money and find a complex that is actually safe for you and your children.The owner here clearly does not care about the safety of tenants or upkeep of the apartments."
