"Terrible landlord."

"I lived here from 2014 to 2016. The landlord is super strict on what is included in the lease agreement, but she wasn't a bad landlord. My water heater went out one night, and it was fixed immediately the next day. The maintenance woman and man were both always there and helpful. They were always nice to my son and made a point to say hello. I didn't even have to change my own a/c filter. It's very quiet and not a lot of noise. Also, it's $500 for a 2 bedroom apartment. That's a really good deal. I never once had a single bug. No mice either. The only problem I had was my car was broken into and nothing was done about it."

"Dont rent here.. terrible place, when you leave the owner charges you what was already damaged to not return the deposit.."

Roaches and mice infested and the landlord is a,slum landlord.Irma Garcia is the landlord/owner she is fake and,will,screw,you over with these apartments roaches and mice infested. She will bomb the place before you view the apartment so the mice and roaches go away temporarly then when you move in they come,scrambling,out full force proof there was 3 used raid roach bombs under the sink."
