"I've lived here 6 years now, seen 4 or 5 different managers, 5011 different secretaries and maintenance workers. I believe Jenelle, Mgr is AWESOME!! She has definitely turned this place around. Robert in the office is also AWESOME!! The maintenance man we have now is Frankie. He is also AWESOME. Helps with anything, fixes things and if he can't do it, he helps finding someone that can. I'm happier than I've ever been living here now with all the changes. Life is good! And it hasn't always been good here, just in the last year it has been great. I'm grateful for Frankie, Jenelle and Robert. They help making life good for all the residents here."

"I have lived here for a long time I think the current manager Janelle has done a wonderful job with the place its cleaner and feels safer and she is on top of all the paperwork that is required to live here. She communicates well when they need something from me. II always get copies of everything to hold onto for my records. I appreciate the open communication a lot. She is strict and upholds highs standards for her tenants but nothing unreasonable and I appreciate the rules and standards. I like living somewhere with my children that feels safer. I feel safer now here than I have in the past with other managers and property owners. We do live in SW OKC so there is crime all around but Janelle and staff really have cleaned it up a lot. Its a pretty quiet place now. I always pay my rent on time and Im always given a receipt. So I don’t know what to say about the reviews that call them crooks. They have never lost my payments and they always explain anything that comes up as an extra charge like losing window screens or anything that I am responsible for replacing. I appreciate that they want this propertyy to be held to a higher standard and for people to take responsibility to maintain a clean safe property. Maintenance does a great job and I appreciate his hard work. I think there are times some things seem to take a while to get fixed but I feel they have always dealt reasonably with those things and communicated why it was taking a while. Sometimes things happen and it takes some time but its never unreasonable the length of time that something has to be fixed it is always resolved. They have one maintenance man and he is doing his best and is pretty darn fast addressing things and letting me know what a plan is for something that might take a while to get fixed. He has been the best maintenance guy weve had here.I do appreciate Robert sometimes I call him panicking about stuff hes professional and listens to my issue and tells me what I need to know and do. I will say that Ive noticed that they have to remain professional dealing with people who aren’t always decent or respectful to them and it is a stressful job. So I always give grace when I can tell its obviously a stressful day and I dont take it personally if they may come across as short at times. I am pleased with current management and personnel. The grounds are maintained nicely. Their job is to provide a quiet safe clean home for the residents and some people may think they are being unreasonable and petty by enforcing those rules. They shouldnt have to work so hard at that we should all as a community strive to maintain these standards ourselves. Jenelle has never been unkind to me and neither has Robert or Frankie. Im sure i have frustrated them at some point but they have never treated me other than professionally. Janelle does care as long as you are doing what you are supposed to be doing as a resident in this community. Any time I have had a problem they worked with me to find a solution that stays within the guidelines and standards all residents are supposed to follow. Thats what has really cleaned the place up and the overall look of the property makes me feel a little more pride for where I live. The people who have created drama and disrupt the peace are given warnings first and the opportunity to fix the problem. Jenelle doesn’t put up with crime here because she cares about us and wants us to feel safe and at peace in our homes. The remodel was an ordeal but it was so worth it in the end. I saw some reviews about pest problems but they are on top of that stuff. It makes it hard if other tenants dont keep their spaces clean and communicate they are having pest problems so pest control can do their job. I just really appreciate everything they have done to maintain a clean safe quiet peaceful home for me and my children. So Jenelle Robert and Frankie thank you for all you do and all you put up with I know its not easy but you guys have made a tremendous difference and by far have done the best job in all the years I have lived here."

"Please, whatever you do not rent from these crooks. The office manager will take your money and pocketed. If you are a single mother with children PLEASE DO NOT RENT. Jenell is the manager she will go to court and lie out her teeth she even has the attorney to lie too. She has evicted over 20 single mothers and elderly people as well. These people including me were just trying to make a living and all them hasreal an eviction and can not rent a place anymore for at lease five years. There are other property that will take you. No matter has desperate you are please do not come here. Please look over the reviews. Also the good reviews is because she told me and the people who live there to leave those reviews to help her out. I got the proof as well. These crooks are trying to charge me over $600 for carpet that was almost two years old. Scammers for real. It don't stop with them."

"What a joke. Fairground flats wasted 3 weeks of my time and $36 app fee. They Waited 3 days before my deadline to tell us we got denied and wouldnt tell me why. Unprofessional and slow. It doesn't take someone 3 weeks. Running around the bush is what it felt like. Hillcrest green apartments as well. They have both these apartments in the same leasing office for now. Its ridiculous it takes 3 weeks to know something. I dont recommend either one!"

"They are crooks.. janell comes off as nice but she isnt she also gossip about the workers. Ive been here at these apartments for the past 4 years janell and her coworkers do not keep up with your documents maintenance has been terrible here my refrigerator was down for about 4 to 5 months before they done anything about it. They have a rodent issue here as well.. remodel was horrible. And their staffing is horrible janell will act like she is cool with you and the whole time she is plotting against you they tried to evict me but I fought.. these management people do not care for their residents.. also someone did get shot and killed in may here and there was gun threats at western heights school district. Ps. If janell and management was so caring for the residents why does she harass and evict the elderly.. some of the other residents I have spoken with about the issue said the same things about Janell she harass her residents to sign the same documents over and over or threatens to evict you.. My advice is to not move here.. however if you want to find out go ahead and move in and you will see.. ps. I didn’t get evicted I left upon agreement when I fought in court."
