"I stayed in apt 16 for summer of 2023 and would, and have, recommend it to anyone looking to work at OU health. The place is safe, comfortable and the LL, George, is kind, responsive yet isnt hovering. You cant beat the location- near OU health, children's, and the college and 10 mins max from anywhere you could want to go. The place is pretty quiet- you cant hear the choppers or ambulance coming to and fro in the apt. Good internet. Full kitchen, full sized fridge. I've really enjoyed it (: Also- i was able to bring my cat for an extra fee. She's the light of my life; it was safe for her and i'd like to think she enjoyed it here as well."

"if you want to live here, pay the last month rent before you rent. then give 30 day in advance notification before you move out. then if you move out earlier than the last day of the last month, regardless the 30-day moving out notification, there is no refund of the rent. that is the policy of the apartment, and the policy is not listed on the lease or told you when you live there. so be noted before choosing to live here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and be prepared to lose money once you moved out! but the good news is the apartment can take the advantage from both the 30-day notification and non-refundable last month rent!"
