"I toured Quail Landing apartment homes and it was beautiful. Morgan showed me a wide variety of homes and I was as pleased with everything I saw. The apartments were well kept and all of the staff was friendly."
"I grew up in apartments, and this has been the worst experience I have ever had. If a pool in the summer is an important amenity for you, please go somewhere else. The jets that are supposed to cycle clean water through the pool are broken, so basically you’re floating around in a pool full of pee. I’m pretty sure it’s a health hazard, and why they had it closed the majority of the summer. They said they were going to fix it and have it ready for this summer…last year that meant running a garden hose in it the days it was open. I doubt they can even fix it without tearing it up and getting to the pipes. It wasn’t even covered or winterized for the season. The pool at the apartment complex next door that Weidner owns is broken as well. They threw that out as an alternate option of getting to use their amenities next door… same situation they are mostly broken. Also, expect to pay an exorbitant amount for the utilities they control which is water, trash, and pest control. When I asked to see what my water usage was to justify the astronomical bill, I was told NO that it is a shared building cost. So, your neighbor could take 2 hour showers and leave the sink running all day and for some reason you would have to share that cost??? They changed the lease last your to include this. It’s an absurd way of billing tenants what they want. It is lined out in the Utility Addendum. It makes it impossible to contest charges and you’ll never know what your water usage actually is. My water bill doubled after that change. It’s a great way these property management companies with plenty of money get to profit off of people that could use the savings of lowered utility cost. Honestly, it’s disgusting how people are exploited here. I’m in a house twice the size and Im paying a fraction of what they were charging me for water.. to be more exact it’s about 25%. I was new to Oklahoma when moving into this place and I wish I had a review like this to read. If you’ve made it to the end of this I hope I’ve given you the information you needed to make an informed decision."
"Very nice apartments...but the downside are all the other bills on top of the rent. Comes over $100 every month. We have leaks everywhere not just in the apartments but also outside...there is a really bad leak right outside my apt which keeps the mud going. We have to pay $5 month to park on the property....MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. three different water bills. Two trash bills. My son's apartment has flooded out and smells like mold...u would think they would give him another apartment since mold is lethal and my grand daughters who are 4 and 3 and they shouldn't be subjected to that. All they did was change the padding under the carpet...but they won't hesitate evicting you. We don't know how the water is being billed seeing as how there is a whole leak out here. We shouldn't be paying any water until they fix all the leaks instead of figuring out how to spread the bill out on the tenants remaining... Allot of people have moved or been evicted. So there is allot of vacant apartments. I ask some of the people I may know moving and they all say the same thing ...this apt and all the bills are rediculous. My rent for a one bed $951 including renters insurance...but after the sewer water bill, water bill , valet trash, City trash, parking (wth) who charges their tenants to park on the property though...the gates are always broken. I mean someone make this make sense to me. $5/month to park where u pay rent when there is really nowhere else to park. They charge for pest control every month jus simply because they get billed and I'm sure they are not being billed this much for as many apartments we have here... Late fee went up $30 so it is now $130...I'll reinterate that the apartments are very nice ..but not the extra bills in top. This property management don't pay for nothing we do..."
"Loses two stars out of the possible 5. My room never was able to really receive heat or A/C granted I made it work.. with the combination of a space heater and high electric bill. The reasoning from management always referred it to being an older system it wasn't something that could be fixed. Rent increase combined with some of the extra fees EVERY month just got ridiculous honestly. Additionally, The apartment itself is beautiful, the 2b 2ba unit sells itself. Pool and club house were nice. The gate is nice when it is working. The door to door trash company called "All things exceptional" kept it cleaner than any other apartments I've stayed at. The team at All Things Exceptional went above and beyond, providing an immaculate valet trash service every day. Their attention to detail was commendable, ensuring that the community remained clean and inviting. What set them apart is not just their efficiency but also the friendly and personal touch they bring to their work. Ray, as the CEO, leads by example. I appreciated the consistency and reliability of their service. Whether rain or shine, the All Things Exceptional team was there. It's clear that they prioritize building strong relationships with their clients. I highly recommend All Things Exceptional to anyone seeking a top-notch valet trash service with a personal touch. It's refreshing to see a company that takes such pride in their work and consistently exceeds expectations."
"I popped in without an appointment last week and Rena was really nice and talked to me about that property and others in their company. I went back today to actually tour, nice place and still so nice. I saw Rena interact with a resident and it seems like they like her too. That makes me feel good about applying here."
