"Me and my fiancé has lived here two years… at first we should have went with out gut feeling. When we first met with the slum lord -Debra. She told us that young couples never work out, that if we were to break up someone would have to pay her the money to break the lease or have an eviction on our record. That should have been our red flag. Year one, was a long long year. Infested with mice…BAD. eating through the wall, destroying our property, and landlord says there just coming from the creek behind us. That they’ll come out to spray lol. Me 7 months pregnant, dealing with mice, mice droppings, putting steel wool in all the cracks and places they were coming in. Has an animal policy, but that only goes to certain tenants…. Apartment smells of cat urine and hallways smell of cigarettes and weed. Tenants walking around butt naked and your told to go tell the father of said adult male… slum lord doesn’t want to do her job… tells you to take care of your own problems! That she’s not there to save you from the world, and that you need to grow up. And then…. Tells you she wasn’t going to give you another renewal option because you abuse them and said security man? Lmao she’s a joke and so is c-star management. So glad to be getting out of here next month. DO NOT RENT HERE. I dont normally post about stuff but I’m trying to save you the hassle and headache from having to deal with her."

"Violated by management in my own apt!! C-Star Management, Stillwater Ok, won't return my calls.The C-Star maintenance department and mortgage inspectors entered my apartment without knocking or announcing themselves. They stood and watched me as I was getting into a bath. How ling were they there? Per area manager Christy, Long enough to "complete their inspection and take pictures!" When I complained I was told a variety of things such as, You should not have been home, you must have wanted these men in your apartment while you were naked, you're a liar, one man has been with our company for over 20 years. I wasn't the only one that they violated, but I'm the only one that was brave enough to stand up for myself."

"I've lived here for almost 3 yrs. the monthly newsletter says post control/ unit inspection yet I've only seen a maintenance worker when I was out of cold water in my shower for over a MONTH it took that long because I believed with the inspection I would be able to tell them about any problem my ac is currently out and all I've heard is I'll put a work order in the temperature range right now is between 75 to 90 degrees and I work nights so it's so nice sleeping in an oven but hey she doesn't live there so it's not a priority nothing is so I have a box fan in our living room window which is over looking the stairs and is quite literally easy access from the stairs."

"The absolute worst place I have ever lived. The office manager is rude and nosey. She yells at the tenants and makes outrageous rules that should not exist. The time I lived there was awful and not worth my hard earned money. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you like misery."
