"I'm posting an update because things haven't changed, and multiple cars had windows broken out as well as a person was shot and they think it's a gang related, but none of the cameras on the facility caught anything because they're not pointed towards protecting the people that live there but just protecting their property. The laundromat hours have not improved and with the hours being 9:00 to 5:00 you would think it would be cleaner and more well maintained, but it's not. This is a trap for people that don't have great credit or have criminal backgrounds and they have no other options so they get easily approved and then they get screwed over by living here."

"Do not live here. My apartment was flooded with bugs including roaches. When I told the front desk they told me to spray myself and that they didn’t have pest control coming for another month. All of that happened my first night in the apartment. In the spring my whole windowsill was eating away by flying ants. They put putty over the holes but I could hear everything that happened outside of my bedroom window after that. The laundry hours are so weird because people repeatedly lived INSIDE THE LAUNDRY ROOM. Rather than spend the money to put a lock on it and give us all a key, they just shortened the hours so it’s virtually impossible to do laundry if you work during the day. The pool by my building just never opened. They wouldn’t be bothered to fix it the entire summer. They don’t care about their residents in the least"

"Lived here for a couple years and these are HORRIBLE!!!!!! apartments from maintenance to management. Maintenance doesn't really fix anything I had mold on my vents all they did was paint over it now the mold is just growing over the paint. every year it's problems with the ac units they raise rent every year and don't improve anything in your apartment nothing really gets fixed my ac unit leaks every year and they can never seem to fix it. Management never answers phone's or never in the office. They unreasonable when it comes to the laundry room don't care about your schedule so you can wash clothes. Every time they spray for pest it seems like it attracts pest. When I moved in they said my appliances would be new and they weren't they were old and my dishwasher can never get fixed. Please don't move here seriously it's not worth it especially now they want 800 plus for a one bedroom and 900 plus for a two bedroom and it's not worth it at all they don't make any improvements just increase the rent that's all they do."

"I’m a new single momma and just moved in 2 months ago and it’s not that bad, it was pretty easy to get approved but they could really work on a few things. Main thing is their laundry facilities. The hours are inconvenient for anyone that works full time and with me being a single momma I have to work full time. I suggest they make the hours later or give tenants their own keys to get in. I don’t have a car so I can’t just go to a open laundry mat even if I really needed too. They don’t clean them and seems like they only take the trash out. I took the time out of my day to clean it cause it was just disgusting which I definitely shouldn’t have to do. I complained and no one came to even attempt to clean it. I’ve got before and after pics."
