"I’ve been living at this complex for going on a year now and I couldn’t be more thankful to have found Montclair Parc! This is the first apartment I’ve ever had on my own and I really enjoy the amenities, my space, and the staff is always so friendly anytime I need to walk to the front desk! Bri and Bentley are great at what they do! Thank you for making this a great community to be apart of!!"

"Well they're definitely heartless soulsuckers. We paid our astronomical rent on time every month. Our son's mental illness has had us struggling with everything in the past year and now to top that off, we're being given 2 days to find another place to live, while my son is inpatient for who knows how long! Maybe his symptoms were telling him the truth in a round about way: he hallucinated they were vampires. Wish us luck. Good bye"

"I also shared my review on IRT . The apt I viewed online was nothing like what was rented to me I asked several times to view the apartment before the lease signing and it was always an excuse as to why I could not. I could see why after I got the keys the appliances are probably older than I am layout is nice the bedroom is extremely hot,I complained about the old cabinets the old appliances, the air conditioning of course they said I could transfer for an additional $400 in 6 month . My lease is not up until April but was given a few weeks to sign or pay over $2200 a month to go month-to-month . I have not lived in an apartment in well over 30 years but when searching for one and found this nice complex I was told my rent would be $1029 for a one bedroom come to find out what all these extra fees that was not told about from the beginning I pay over $1100 now that I was forced to sign this other six month lease with all these extra fees for this old outdated worn out apartment it’s not gonna be $1200+ not worth it. The staff , office and the complex is nice however I could find a much larger space with better appliances And I’m working air conditioner for $1200 a month."

"The apartment I rented is over another apartment that is occupied by a person who bangs on the ceiling. This has happened many times usually while I'm sleeping. The management claims they know nothing about the problem person below. I have however been told by one of the staff that management knew about this person and rented to me anyway. Also one of the rooms temperature is at least 20 degrees different than all the other rooms. Perhaps this could be a decent place to live but for me it's been miserable"

"I lived here from January 2020 - June 2022 and absolutely loved it! I meant to leave this review much sooner. Management and maintenance were so friendly, professional, and attentive to all my questions and requests. My apartment: There is so much natural light and storage/closet space compared to most apartments. Beyond the occasional heavy footsteps above me, no complaints about noise! Valet trash was great and I never had a single issue with bugs or mold. I didn't have a renovated apartment, but it was spotless at move-in, everything worked nicely and was in good condition. I was in the Adams 2-bedroom floorplan, and my one complaint is that the kitchen is pretty small and an awkward design if you cook often. I would suggest an upgraded sink, even in the unrenovated apartments. The kitchen sink is extremely shallow and doesn't have a sprayer, so it filled up quickly and made hand washing dishes annoying. Area and amenities: The grounds are absolutely lovely. All the green space and the park across the street are wonderful when you don't have a yard! I spent a lot of time on my balcony or walking/biking the surrounding neighborhoods. I always felt safe, I never had a package stolen, could always park near my apartment and never experienced a car break-in. The pool and gym are in fantastic condition and I enjoyed using both! Move out: I broke my lease mid-year and the cost of that was totally reasonable and not a difficult process at all. I took care of my apartment while living there and deep-cleaned every inch of it before leaving, and I actually received my entire deposit back within a month of move out! Absolutely no complaints, if I wasn't trying to pay off student loans faster I would have never left!"
