"Im a resident here at Cassidy, and it has changed my perspective of apartments! The people are so friendly, the apartments are spacious, the grounds are well kept, and even parking has order. It truly is its own community. The manger Mrs.Lorie is fantastic! Charismatic, careing ,and professional. Moreover, she cares for her tenants ,an this place . Lastly, the maintenance man is hard working, Quick , and takes his job seriously. Great place to live !"

"Moved in Jul 2, 2018. I wasnt allowed to see apt. Till i put Down deposit. When i moved in the hot side faucet in tub leaked heavy. The maint. Man ignored it when i showed him. Someone used prev. Keys to come in and pour water on my bus. Papers. Maint. Said i had to buy my own lockset. During cold spell maint. Wouldnt repair my heater. My furnace had no filter and was filthy. Evendently Mmgt. Doesnt care about their residents or how long you live there."
