"I love this apartment! It's gated and I feel safe and secure! The office Manager is strict and old school but I love it because I have never heard any noises outside of my apartment. The maintenance Man is top notch! He is always on top of my request and walking around smiling, waving and fixing things! I appreciate the team work between the office and maintenance because they care about their residents!"
"I lived in Chevy Chase for almost 10 years (2006-2015)and I love to stay there, the management and the maintenance are so friendly, helpful and kind. Until I extend my family then I have to move and find a house. Thank you Valerie, Doris and Brian !!!"
"I've lived in Chevy chase for approx 3 yrs the first time and I'm in my second year this time. The reason I decided to come back was because of the office manager Gaylon.. she has always been extremely nice and helpful. She always make sure her tenants feel safe and secure. She is caring and will work with you if you need help. I' would recommend living here as long as as she is office manager.. I've always felt safe and secure."
"I lived in Chevy Chase for three years. I have moved to a retirement community close to family now. The time I spent in Chevy Chase was a very enjoyable time. I got to know Gayla and her staff and never had any issues. Any maintenance was taken care of by Bryan who always took care of any situations I may have had. I liked that the complex was kept up and it looked very nice. Thanks again for helping me feel safe and comfortable."
"I have lived at Chevy Chase Apartments for 4 years. The apartment is nice, clean and affordable. The location is safe, the maintenance men usually come the same day I put in a work order and I have never had a problem with the office staff. Although, some of the reviews speak negatively about the staff, they are the reason it is as safe as it is! They don't allow just anyone to live here and don't tolerate disturbances, of any kind. For these reasons, I love it here!"
