"This is the worst apartment complex in the city, the wanna be owners daughter is trying to fix it up, but everything she fixes gets ruined by random vagrants/disgruntled ex's , etc.. Everybody that lived there has been getting evicted for little to NO reason, she is messing with people's lives for her own personal gain. She's a horrible, fake person, who has zero interest in her tenants or the well being of anyone but herself, and I highly suggest staying as far away as possible. Save you a lot of money, time, headache, maybe even your life. Since fentinol is RAMPANT in there. People od'ing almost daily.."
"I Don't live there) The owner did do a lot of work on the place and looks nice on the outside, weeded out the bad tenants, that didn't not last long. It's back to the cops patrolling 24/7 again, Edit; 7/24/21"
"Not a good experience. The property was very nice when we looked at it and stayed that way for several months after we moved in. Gradually, trash started to pile up everywhere. People were camped out in the laundry room. They literally set up an encampment and left trash lying everywhere. Management did nothing about this. The police were called out on a weekly basis to break up fighting. Maintenance was a disaster. We would submit work orders online as instructed; it took them two weeks to two months to fix something as simple as a jammed garbage disposal. We were lucky. Some of our neighbors told us things like the electric service being shut off for days at a time, roaches, plumbing issues, etc. The leasing office was no help. Quiz was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Heidi, the property manager, gave attitude every time we called, but we only called her because no one else would help us. We eventually found a much nicer property that was cheaper with the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms and had more amenities. To add insult to injury, they never returned our deposit, even though we left the apartment spotless and in much better shape than it was when we moved in."
"DO NOT MOVE TO Hartford Apartments in Oklahoma City. Before I decided to move, I had made the plan to transfer to another Lynco property. I paid my deposit and completed my application, and was told that they would be calling me once they had a renovated unit for me to move in to. I had already put in my 60 day notice (which by the way is not required by management, I wanted to be fair and give them more time to get my old unit leased.) The deal at the sister property fell through, because management there did not have a unit ready, and the rent had been increased, and I was not made aware of the change. I requested my deposit back, and did not receive it back. Heidi, the Regional Director contacted me regarding the deposit and said that she could not give it back to me because I had gone past the 72 hours holding time. Even though, there was no unit ready for me to move into. So, that left me $350 down the hole. Fast forward to my move out from Hartford, when I asked for a copy of my lease agreement, I was told by management that they DID NOT HAVE A COPY. My notice was through the 3rd of July, but I turned in keys on 06/30/2018. I then noticed, when I turned my notice into the management there that they had charged me my normal rent for the first 30 days, then they had charged me a month to month fee for the second 30 days and had increased the rent, and charged a late fee even though my rent had already been paid. Again, there is no lease contract in that office that they can provide to prove that I need to pay these fees. So, the day of my move out... I walked the unit made sure it was clean, no damages where present, and I turned my keys in to Quiz. He told me that I should be receiving my deposit back in 30 days. On 08/01/2018 I received a check for $87.00 out of my $400.00 deposit that I paid. I set up a time to walk the unit with Heidi, and she never showed. I called Heidi the next day to find out that I would not be getting my full deposit back because there was a balance from the month to month charges that I should never have been charged. And she charged me $100 for a scuff on the floor, and that my fridge was dirty. I have video of everything from this unit. I am absolutely appalled by the way I was treated by this company. Heidi, might be one of the most incompetent professionals I have ever encountered. I will never be leasing a unit through this company again. And, I will make sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear from Lynco Management. I feel absolutely terrible for anyone who leaves within a Lynco Property. Heads up for anyone living here, make sure you get paper documentation of EVERYTHING. Take pictures of EVERYTHING."
"I loved my little apartment when I first got here. I thought Quiz was a nice guy but I thought wrong. There was a time when my garbage disposal stopped working and it back up to my dishwasher and it was that way for 2 months. The sink and dishwasher started growing mold, black mold. I went to the office 6x, pretty much begging someone to come fix it. They blew me off every time. I even tried explaining to Quiz that this is a health hazard and I've had to throw away all my dishes because of the mold and all he could say is "are you done yet?" I have never felt more disrespected in my life. So I finally got fed up with trying to talk to him and called the home office to speak with Heidi, which is Quiz's boss, and she pretty much laughed in my face and told me the work order was already completed which was a blatant lie. They refused to give me a credit to my account for the inconveniences they've caused. My dad had to come fix it. Quiz is very unprofessional, do not waste your hard earned money living here! Homeless people have stolen from me, started fires in my backyard, shine flashlights in my windows, etc. Now there's something leaking in my apartment and the majority of my carpet is soaked and has been like that for about 3 months now. Haven't put in a work order because I know it won't get fixed. I don't know what to do about my carpet. Probably moldly by why would Quiz or Heidi even care, they didn't care about my sink. Now I'm stuck here breathing in mold and mildew for the next 6 months. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE."
