"These people are crocks. Still waiting on my refund of my deposit since we never moved in. We a family of 5 and wanted to move us into a 2 bedroom smaller than we were are now. Told I would get my deposit back and still waiting. I guess I will have to take them to court for my refund."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is a scam of a business. We were shown two different townhouses and told one wasn’t even ready yet and we applied that night for it. We got the email that we had been approved and immediately called to see what we needed to do to move forward, we were then given the apt number and asked what we wanted our move in date to be then not even 5 minutes later got a message that it was somehow already gone and the other one was no longer available. When we called to ask about this we were told they have multiple managers and their policy is to let everyone apply for it and approve everyone then just which ever manager gets all paperwork completed first is the one who gets it. We would’ve never applied had they told us this, and of course we got no refund on app fee and the manager Michael never reached out to me like I was told he would.don’t waste your money here"

"Mrs. Kela is very helpful, patient, and kind. She does her job all while being understanding and helped me with my move in process alongside one of her other coworkers. Even after my move in at one of her sister properties she still communicates with me and answers any questions I have. She can be very busy but still professional and nice. Every encounter I’ve had with (Mrs. Spawling) has been pleasant. Believe me when I say I’m glad I moved into my place with their company. Don’t believe the negative reviews, Kela is AMAZING! Go see for yourself."

"Malakia Sprawling it's very helpful and go out her way to help others. I have even seen the manager go as far as to keep an eye out on the children outside.The process of getting into my unit was very easy, there was not any promises made, you just had to go through the process of applying. And after everything has been reviewed, you will quickly get a reply congratulating you on your new beautiful townhome. Malakia has been professional and extremely is nice, helpful and responsive. I am very pleased with my unit and I would recommend 8100 Townhomes it very space and new amenities. I look forward to the up-coming plans to the property. I couldn't ask for a better manager then, Mrs. Sprawling."

"Please do not rent with this company. I’ve been renting with them for less than a year and I’ve already had to call maintenance multiple times although they’ve barely responded. Only when the temperature in my home was rapidly dropping. See this warning and recognize your money is better spent with a rental company that cares about providing safe and nice places for people to live."
