"I have lived in a ton of apartment complexes and let me tell you … Brandon Place is by far the best complex I’ve lived in. The office staff is absolutely wonderful and the maintenance team Is prompt! Safety is a concern with any living situation, but especially in an apartment complex. Brandon Place always feels safe and secure. I highly recommend Brandon Place Apartments!!!"
"We lived at Brandon Place Apartments for almost three years and loved every minute of it! The management team is amazing and always there for any questions / concerns. They handle all maintenance requests and issues quickly and throughly. Tye the maintenance person is so nice and helpful as well. The apartment itself is super nice and well kept. Overall, we had a wonderful time living here and would absolutely recommend it!"
"This is a wonderful place to live. I signed a 15 month lease here and I was sad to go. Truly felt like a home and they have so many useful amenities that makes life easier on a daily basis (valet trash, smart lock doors, gates that you can open through an app, nice pool, etc.). The community is quiet and friendly so I walked my dog around often. Maintenance has always been prompt and professional to help with any issues I’ve had as well. Not to mention you’re close to a lot of good food and businesses nearby. If you can afford the rent, I think this place would be worth it. Tara and her staff are very easy to work with so I would recommend this place to anyone that can afford it!"
"I had a wonderful experience while living at Brandon Place Apartments. Raven was awesome during my move-in and move-out and she always was prompt to any of my questions and/or texts. My maintenance requests were always addressed promptly and I personally had no issues with the staff. They were attentive and great! I highly recommend living here. It's a very nice, clean and gated community. Thank you for allowing me to call this my home for a little over a year! Also, bonus points for being pet friendly!"
