"I simply went to look at the apartments and was sold, immediately. (Having appointments to see others, the next day). However, Kelly is more than amazing! She is the kindest, most knowledgeable and helpful leasing consultant I have EVER experienced. I'm still in awe. She has definitely been a blessing to me. Brenda was delightful, as well! Case & Associates definitely has 2 gems, in the office. :-)"

"I’ve lived here at Cimarron Pointe Apts for a little over 6 years. I love it! The grounds are kept up and the few times I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been very responsive and timely. The neighbors have been friendly and fairly quiet. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a decent place to live with few worries."

"I have lived here for 10 years. Kelly and Brenda in the office are wonderful. There is never a long wait time after putting in a maintenance request they are here the same day or within 24 hours. Never any issues with bugs either which is very rare for apartment living (of course I spray my own stuff too inside and out). 2 swimming pools which is nice for those hot summer days."

"My husband and I have lived here for about two years, and as far as apartments go, it is a relatively nice/inexpensive place to live. The pools are nice in the summer, our stairs are always salted in the winter. And they overall take really good care of the property.our apartment is pretty old so there are of course, small problems, but nothing that isn’t quickly fixed by the maintenance staff. and Miss Kelly in the front office is like a superhero She always answers all of my questions and fixes any problems she can. The deciding factor for us between apartments was Kelly. You can tell she really loves her job and enjoys Talking to people."
