"I do not recommend this place, super neglected apartments, I was renting there and they came in whenever they wanted when I was not up to maintenance and I constantly needed things every time they came to repair something. I do not recommend them at all."

"I constantly have issues with my apartment. I want to make that clear now. Nothing of my own fault, these are just very old apartments. The issue is that there is 1 person in the office that you rarely see, and once you've told them your problems, it takes sometimes WEEKS TO MONTHS to fix any problems. Once you're upset enough to threaten them with legal issues, they send maintenance outl and they dont speak english. Which isn't an issue, but I don't speak Spanish so its impossible to communicate. I do not recommend you live here. Quite possibly the worst apartments in Oklahoma and I have no doubt they will soon be torn down."
