"After the sale is less desirable. Sales is awesome! Warranty and all other issues after the sale is horrible. They are mostly concerned with numbers not customer satisfaction. Buyer Beware! This has got to be one of the worst builders all the way around. They disclaim everything possible in their paperwork and there is a reason. They know the ropes on how to keep out of legal trouble for not taking care of their customers. 1. no interior grade beams in the slabs. 2. 24'' on center walls, rafters, ceiling joists. 3. no steal in flatwork 4. Horrific sod that is mostly weeds. 5. The cheapest Sherwin Williams paint they sell. 6. Pay a little more and get a real home you can be proud of."
