Carriage Plaza Apartment

"I have lived in this apartment complex for 10 yrs the owners were great and stayed on top of repairs and would visit with you when they were on property. Two years ago they sold to a real estate company and the rent has been raised three times and over $200 higher. I haven't seen an apartment manager this whole time. The pool hasn't been filled this whole tme, the three washers on property most of the time don't work and it takes weeks before someone comes out to repair them. Pets are not allowed. The swat team with the sheriff's department has been out due to a person with warrants. Living here is not pleasant anymore. It used to be a community here and people would talk to each other and visit outside for hours"

"Well kept apartments. Great place to live. Owned by an older couple. One owner does the maintenance work. Best part no bugs in apartment, if there is they die quick because they have Gonzalez Pest Control spray every month. Indoor swimming pool open only in the summer months. Approximately 34 apartments, One and two bedrooms only. Most if not all two bedrooms have one and a half baths. All bills are paid. $500 for a one bedroom. Only reason I give it four stars is the landlords are a little nosy but they like a quiet apartment complex."
