"My son & I have lived here for a while and I've never personally had any problems. The manager here will work with you if you have any issues and always addresses things in a timely manner. My refrigerator quit working last week and they were quick to swap them out for me."

"If I could give this place a lower rating I promise you I would the apartments that you move into are always disgusting when you move in it smells like a dead animal because they never change the paint or the carpet they never actually do anything but cover things up with a Band-Aid you can’t even hang curtain rods because they never actually patch the wall. It is so squishy that when you put a nail in it, your curtain rods just fall out of the wall. The landlord that takes care of everything here has been here for years and she’s extremely rude and acts like she’s above everybody else because she has a landlord title and knows that we’re all income base so she takes advantage of everybody here laughs in your face when there’s a serious issue at stake, tries to belittle you and make you feel smaller than you actually are doesn’t fix anything in any of the Apartments cuts corners when she can in order avoid having to spend more money on actual issues.the apartments were funded so that they could redo things in each apartment and give tenants better living conditions, but nobody has seen any changes at least in the past 10 years definitely do not recommend staying here if you’re in a spot and need something income based I would find somewhere else the stress you will get every month of having to live here is definitely not worth the Apartment and is definitely not worth any money that you’re going to work for to pay for it"

"My husband and I moved to Chickasha 3 mths ago. My husband was hired to do maintenance here at country Park Apts. We moved into an apt on the property. I have seen the Manager go over and beyond to help the tenants here several times. It is very apparent that she cares about the tenants and is willing to help. I can see some very positive changes in the property now that they have someone here full time to maintain things. The tenants are all very nice, and it is a nice quiet place to live. "I'm sadly still stuck here. We moved in never having to deal with roaches. The roaches showed up when we were viewing the apartment, but landlady said they were working on getting rid of them. 3 years later the issue not only has not stopped but it has gotten exceptionally worse. I've never seen an infestation so bad in my life. We can't move out because our $1200 computers are infested now as well and I work from home. We can't afford to buy all new furniture and appliances. Country Park apartments has destroyed our way of life, and they are preventing us from moving forward in our lives. We pay almost $500, a MONTH to live here. It's rediculous. They need to tear this place down. Not any amount of "roach cleanouts" will help at this point."
