"If you have young kids do not get an apartment here. If your children make any noise in the hallways you may get kicked out. My daughter lived there for almost three years, never failed an inspection and all the sudden started getting complaints about her kids and lo and behold magically failed her last inspection. Her 3 year renewal was coming up and she got a letter saying that she could not renew her lease because of violations, but they still wanted to do a re inspection. It was very weird. She found out that a couple on her floor that did not have children and had been there longer than her also got a letter that they also could not renew their lease. The manager had the audacity to tell my daughter that she knew who wanted to rent her apartment and my daughter knew who they were, but she could not tell her who it was. Our suspicion is that they want to up the rent and they only want certain types of people there (people with no small children and people that can pay a higher rent) due to all of the new establishments that are coming to that area."
"So I just recently moved in it is a nice place to people are very friendly Miss Tanya is also very helpful and friendly the great place and I recommend it to anyone who's looking for an apartment it's very peaceful there's a few noises here and there but nothing major it's a great place"
