"Don’t rent here. If you are on the fence or considering this place solely due to them processing your application quickly, PLEASE take this as your sign to look elsewhere. I have been here for a month after moving from Ohio, and have had nothing but issues. I was told that I would have updated appliances and laundry hookups; I have neither, and the machines within the laundry facilities are barely working. My dishwasher did not work, my shower-head did not work, and my outlets overheat my chargers. The MAJOR issue here is their absolutely abysmal water supply. Water will be shut off without notice, and as of right now, every tenant here has been without hot water for over a WEEK. We have been given no updates, no notice, NOTHING; to top this off, the property manager has quit, and Wellington Realty has given us radio silence. If that isn’t enough, this complex has been, and will again, be featured in the news for not providing tenants with basic necessities, even during the major freezes within Texas. I am currently leaving after just a month, hopefully to a complex that actually supplies us constant hot water and provides COMMUNICATION. Please do not rent here. RUN."

"Wellington Realty does an outstanding job on their commercial properties. Unfortunately they do not care about people. They will throw you out on the street just in time for the holidays. They don’t care about their employees either, they will ask unreasonable, illegal, and immoral things of you. And when you can’t deliver champagne on a discount soda budget you get the axe. I hope they go under. The city absolutely needs to look into this places multiple safety and code violations. The EPA, fire marshal, and human welfare would have a field day. I hope their business tanks in this economic crisis we are having."

"Many units are being renovated and are beautiful with linoleum looking wood floors, new stainless steel appliances and fresh paint. We have been here over a year. Maintenance is superb in fixing any discrepancy relatively quick. I am unaware of any crime in this area. No traffic in the surrounding area so its relatively quiet day and night. There are some covered parking depending on the unit you choose. There is no pool, gym or spa which is fine for me. Water is frequently on the high side as the bones of these buildings are old and there have have been breaks which causes community water charges often over the norm. Pets are welcome. Friendly and professional on-site Management."
