"The new management and office staff are amazing !! The pools are absolutely beautiful and clean. They may get busy or loud sometimes but that's to be expected with a pool on a hot summer day. The landscaping is well maintained. They are always hosting some sort of resident event which is nice. I absolutely love it here."
"When we first moved in it was great! Office manager was on top of everything and always kind. Since new management took over things are slipping up. Maintenance does a decent job but apparently ignores entry notes. I brought it up to management but it seemed I was ignored. With having a toddler and a baby soon it would be nice if they understood to not BANG on the door or let me know they are coming so I can get the kids out of the way. Lastly… the pool situation. Don’t rent next to the pool. They have “rules” but nobody follows them… that includes the on site maintenance person. Lastly if you live in the newer buildings then you might get your moneys worth. Older buildings are over priced and falling apart. Apparently getting the hand rails painted was more important than fixing the massive holes forming in the sides of buildings fixed."
"This is a beautiful apartment complex with amazing grounds. The management and maintenance are very helpful, friendly and eager to help answer any questions or maintenance needs when needed. The location is very quiet with a country feel yet close enough to shopping and dinning near Town Center. I 1000% recommend!"
