"Ever since the new owners bought the place things have been amazing. I have been here almost 3 years now. They completely redid the garage ceiling, on the roof as well as the ceiling. They recarpeted the 1st floor hallways and put hardwood in the lobby area, as well as all new paint. They are planning on doing the other floors soon. If there's ever a maintenance issue they are right out to fix it. The leasing office is literally a block away and they are always polite and put their tenants first. If a bad apple moves in they are all over it and solve the issue faster than you would believe. They truly have turned this place around since taking over from the previous management company."

"*Read BEFORE you sign lease* I just moved out of the lofts in march '17. i was there 3 months and paid the reletting fee to terminate my lease. If you want to live in a cool old building where you will witness other tenants cleaning hallways and common areas, never see maintenance, and if youre lucky, live next to a chain smoker (all of my clothes and furniture had to be cleaned when i moved out) and live under a woman who lets her kids and dog run/jump off the bed/ back and forth at 10 oclock at night, than this is the place for you. The hallway carpet is not "being replaced" ...it smells like trash and has staines from animals in the past going to the bathroom. The elevator broke in december with a tenant in it (they had to call the fire department and hoist her out!!! ).This is all on level 2. maybe first level and 3rd have better luck. I moved into my unit (205) with a broken tub, which i didn't know until after i had signed the lease. the jets are broken, therefore whatever is lodged in the pipes...cannot be circulated out...two hand written service requests were submitted, and in the 3 months i was there, not one phone call, email, text, visit was received in regards to the broken tub. When i last spoke to management, he said "i don't handle maintenance , i'm not sure why you never were contacted" it sucks, this place could be really cool. it just is poorly managed."

"The management is the worst ever. It keeps changing. Each person signing a lease is told the intercom system and garage is being fixed. We have been here about two years and still no effort has been made to fix it. We have had a car stolen and another broken into. Another person had a credit card stolen. The elevator is always broken and the laundry room is always closed. Don't bother trying to get a hold of maintenance becuause the never answer. The rooms are very spacious, and the view is pretty good."
