"Giving one star for this business is unfair, as they deserve 0. I lived here for a short term lease of 7 months and it was the worst apartment I have lived in of the 6 or so I have resided in. They are very un organized, there is no union with the staff, one member says something while the other says different, and when it is brought to the manager Sharon’s attention she negates it and makes it her way or the highway. Sharon is not equipped for a management job which she holds. She is very rude and pressing with her ways, and will hold charges on you for things not at your fault. After living there 7 months I was charged $700+ in fees at move out. The biggest one being $350 for the carpet in my bedroom, which she claimed was saturated in dog urine. My dog is a trained service German Shepherd and has never urinated on the floor. When I brought to her attention that the carpet was molded from a leak in my bathroom which over flowed into the room, she continued to state “charges will not be adjusted”. Even after looking into my maintenance records where the flood was recorded. Their maintenance team fixed the leak but did not remove the water which saturated the carpets leading to the mold that ruined them. I am now liable for that and the excuse is dog urine. It is un justified. All I can say is tread very cautiously with this place, I wish I was in a better place financially at time of signing so I wouldn’t have lived there because of their “cheap” prices. They will show you a “show apartment” that has never been lived in to get you hooked and then your apartment will look the complete opposite. The management company Wells Asset Management Inc should be ashamed to represent Sharon and her staff along with the apartment complex itself. Kyle Knight"

"Unprofessional manager Sharon and her lazy husband maintenance man. Nosy, rude and uncaring about anything or anyone. She is quick to tell a good tenant to move if you're not happy or have a problem. She's very good at acting so cool. Don't be deceived. It says under new ownership but they still have the same problem... the same manager and maintenance man."

"Tosha, a member of the management staff, is friendly, courteous, and all around wonderful! She provides excellent customer service, is very responsive to emails and telephone calls, and made my relocation to TX relatively seamless by providing updates about my apartment and helpful information about the area. My apartment is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the complex is located close to US 82 which makes it extremely easy and quick to travel to most destinations."
