"We used Mueller multiple times this year spending over $15,000 with them. All our projects we have ordered S panel with that said we felt we had confidence and trust in them to handle our latest project… We provided pictures of our shop addition along with measurements. In the process of the order communication was lost when R Panel was ordered.. along with all trim matching R Panel. This is a major problem when the existing building was finished in S Panel. We brought this to the attention of Mueller and the most they would offer was a buyback for a small margin of what he had spent. To add to that we needed to repurchase the correct material and no discount was offered when asked. This was a nightmare of an experience with Mueller and we will search elsewhere to do business with and I would highly recommend you do the same."

If it takes a week to find out what the products you sell cost I am not sure I would be willing to trust you with the project."
