"For the last 2-3 weeks they have not been able to properly “staff” the pharmacy??? Every time I have had to make arrangements to get my scripts earlier in the day because they can’t staff their pharmacy to the times that corporate Walgreens have established. Every time I have to make arrangements, it means I have to take off work early. This means I’m loosing money that I can’t afford to loose. How is this even possible with a HUGE national chain as big as Walgreens is??? I wonder if corporate knows about this issue and what their action plan is if any?? This is a stupid problem to have."

"The pharmacy is NEVER open due to staffing issues???? How is that my fault when all I want to do is get my heart medications? Why don’t they have back up? It’s a pretty crappy excuse that they can’t bring people from a different Walgreens or plan ahead for customers that need vital medications since there is only 1 Walgreens in El Reno and the closest is Yukon. But the Yukon pharmacy still needs to speak with the El Reno Walgreens to verify and transfer medications. How is that possible if they are never open??? Terrible business practice! I wonder if upper management is aware of this or if the staff just doesn’t want to work!"

"Went there to return something and the cashier seems not to be happy to be there she needs to find another job it just brings down customers with her attitude. There was no customer service."

"I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Wanted my prescriptions as quickly as posible, of course, because I felt horrible. Was told in drive-thru it would be 30 minutes. Went inside to wait. Waited only 10 minutes from the time I walked in until I walked out. The young man at the counter was incredibly courteous and kind."

"They are rude.. They don't explain new medications...they will not advocate for you.. Canadian Valley is the exact same way.. NO HELP WHATSOEVER ...0 STARS....but you have to push 1 star to leave a review..."
