"Always good hot food!!! Need a better system for ppl who come in that have a call in order. I stood for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me to see what I needed. But the food is always on point!!! And tastes great!!"
"Food was good. Service, not so much. Never got a drink refil....husband never got his salad that went with his meal. We would've asked for it if we had seen our server again before receiving the check.... when we did see the server and receive the check we told her and she asked if we wanted the salad in a box??? Really..... I work in the service industry too, this was unacceptable..... It wasn't even busy...."
"My first time at the El Reno Montana Mike's and I have to say it was a very good experience. I had the burger with bacon mushrooms etc. It was delicious. The draft beer was very cold and my wife loved the all you can eat catfish. Thanks to you folks. Great respite for a weary traveler. I plan on stopping here whenever I go through El Reno"
"We had The Mountain Topper with a salad and fries. It was served hot. Had a side of brown gravy. Mmm-mmm good. Wife had mashed potatoes with white gravy. Old restaurant that needs a little remodeling."
"The food presentation was good. But I was very upset. My coworkers told me having trouble cutting that steak. I just look at him. Very tough steak and no flavor at all. A huge nerve was in there. Steak seemed to be pressed alot. The tea was good. That I can say."
