"I don't understand how I'm supposed to pick up packages when yall are closed, isn't that what the key boxes are for after hours package pick up, I work until 6pm and also does my wife and all I ever get is a Yellow piece of paper saying that I have a packages, well how convenient I have to leave work early just to pick up my own packages before you close, Why can't you just put a key in my box like all the other post offices do. "Drove 30 min from OKC to get my passport which you have to schedule online prior to. Casie was so helpful and sweet and made our passport application experience stress free. El Reno Post office and the tag agency around the corner definitely makes me glad I chose to go to El Reno for their services."
