"We were very happy with our accommodations here! The hotel was very clean overall and our room was great! Price point for everything included was the sweet spot. Loved the kitchenette, including the full size fridge. We stayed three nights and had no complaints. The front desk staff was always kind and prompt with any requests we made for pillows or extra towels. The breakfast was excellent! Which is saying a lot for our picky crew. Lots of yummy low carb options for me and chocolate drizzled waffles for my four year old. The breakfast area was very clean, organized and well maintained. The TV channels included Disney and Disney Jr which was a great help in settling the four year old down after busy days! If you know, you know. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. I rated 3 stars for location due to the cramped nature of 4 properties in one lot which made for scarce parking at times. There’s also construction going on which makes you worry about debris in the parking lot. Another note on location is that it’s at the tail end of “bricktown” bordering a very dodgy area with homeless camps and a lot of run down abandoned buildings."
"My family and I stayed here over the weekend, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we've had in a long time. The cleaning staff seemed to be doing their job well enough, but aside from that they seemed either understaffed or didn't care. When we showed up Friday evening, there was only one staff member available at all, and he was struggling to get a line of 6 families checked in all while keeping everyone on the phone on hold until they hung up. It took us a bit over 30 minutes standing in the lobby (which smells terribly of some kind of air freshener burning your nose as it tries to overpower some underlying odor) before we could get checked in. When we finally got into our room, we found that there are zero dishes available to use at all, and only a couple of spoons and knives available making the kitchen part of the suite largely pointless and unusable until we could get this resolved. Unfortunately, the phone in the room didn't even work, so I couldn't call the front desk to ask for anything and had to go in person only to find there's nobody there at all. Eventually I was able to find the front desk person after walking down and checking multiple times, and he went off scavenging from room to room until he was able to bring us a couple of plates and a couple of bowls. The next morning, the "hot" breakfast was a disappointment as well. The only redeeming piece was the waffle maker to make fresh waffles. There were two covered warmers full of sausage and small cheese omelettes, but they weren't even turned on. Despite showing up right when the breakfast was supposed to open, the sausage and omelettes were already completely cold. Needles to say, we won't be staying here again, and I'd advise anybody else to avoid it as well."
"Quite possibly the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in...and I'm sort of a clean freak fanatic, lol. Not a speak of dust nor dirt not stain in the entire place. The hotel is somewhat new and has an excellent and on point cleaning staff so kudos! Also our King Suite was gigantic and had a small kitchenette with hot plate, microwave, refrigerator and several cooking utensils to choose from. The lobby was nice and breakfast was served every morning in a nice little cozy kitchen area. We paid $78 per evening and I highly recommend if in Oklahoma City. We were exactly 22 minutes from any one place in the city and it was on Reno Street towards the other end of where the Paycom Center is located. So still close enough to the hustle and bustle, but off set enough to feel quiet and quaint."
"Great location...just a few minutes to Bricktown. Room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast spread as well. But you all need to do something about the smell in the lobby...it makes a really bad first impression. Hits you as you walk in the door. And you might add an arrow pointing toward the back so that people don't accidentally walk into your competition's property (as we and others did). Country Inn & Suites is NOT on Reno...go around to the back of that hotel."
"Room was very clean and spacious. Although the kitchenette was clean there was no silverware and no plates, didn't find any cookware or dishcloths or dish towels and no coffee pot .That being said the counter top was spacious and the refrigerator was spotless as was the microwave. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean."
