"I receive a phone call around 8:30 a.m (from a lady in corporate by the way) for more info on a loan I acquired about!! She asked if I had a few moments to answer questions, so I did we got too the part of any other loans out... I said yes explained where or from who and how much... She then proceeds to tell me she will call me back after it gets processed or verified but most definitely in 30 mins or less... I call back around 3 p.m or a bit before, obviously because I did not get a call back as promised! And a gentleman answers I tell him I received a call earlier and was calling back to get an updated.. he goes on too tell me I had a loan elsewhere and I did not tell them they can only give me 100, I'm completely confused at this point asking what loan I didn't tell u about, then very unprofessional and rude the corporate manager gets back on telling me I didn't tell her bout my loan, she only named one and said it was the only one the I stated what about so so and so so (not mentioning the other companies) but yes a total of 3 but I told u about 1 or 2... I proceeded to tell the lady too have a good day I don't want it just based off how you are talking too a potential customer... She then gets upset and continued to yell just to tell me she's denying the 100 dollar loan and hung up. (which I stated I did not want.. because of how she conducted business over a phone!!!) Then I went on and said it was uncalled for I was just calling to get an update just be yelled at!! I don't want ur loan.. I will write a review and call corporate..she says she is corporate!!! And if that is true, ur business needs to conduct business all better learn phone etiquette and stay professional.. places like this with entitled Karen's need 0stars"
