"I pawned a tool set that was a Christmas gift on the 4 of December. It was Due on the 4th of February and I was working and couldn't come pay on it so I called and asked If I could come in the next week and pay on it. The guy I talked to said he would put a note on the account they I would be in on the 9th of February to pay on it. I came in on the 9th to get it out and they had sold it. No note was put on the account that I would be in on The 9th to pay it. Dont trust what they say, they will sell your stuff even when they tell you they will have it when you come in. 0 stars."

"I recently went in to purchase a pistol and after making the deal I filled out the background check, I got delayed, possibly because their electronic system wasn't working properly. No big deal except while awaiting the proceed they allowed another person to put the pistol I was going to purchase in lay-a-way. Instead of telling that person they made a mistake and refunding their deposit I was told sorry. So after submitting paperwork to the ATF and getting approved I wasn't sold the pistol. Buyer beware, I doubt I darken their door again because they have no integrity and unless you leave with your purchase same day, it is still for sale."
