"Extremely rude. The regional manager Staci Pruett is a big Karen. I tried to cash a check from thanksgiving from my employer “it was a bonus from a major medical company” and she nearly called my check fake! How dare you when it says “Bank of America” on it which is a much larger bank thank you! I’m a first-responder ma’am. She then added a special restriction to close my account within 30 days because I hadn’t made a deposit with the bank yet! I was courted into creating an account because I’m a medical specialist! Now that they got me in they show their real service. Go ahead and close my account you have one location anyway. I now see why there are so many bad reviews. This isn’t the first time."

"ZERO stars! What bank makes you call in to make a simple change for which account is used for autodraft??? And it gets worse, if you want make any changes, you can't do it online, you have to receive a form by email then fill it out and email it back. I waited on hold nearly 20 minutes and spoke with 3 levels in Customer Service, Web Assist, and a Supervisor - NO ONE can tell me why this option isn't available online. They say, "Sure, I can walk you through that online. Oh, the option isn't there. I have no idea why" and then that's it. What bank in 2023 doesn't have these options online for customers? Ridiculous!"
