"I'm absolutely appalled at the indifference and lack of responsibility being shown by this branch and the manager, "Bud." I called in last Thursday to inquire about the date of my auto payment. In conversation, we discussed that I had some unexpected financial obligations and I was offered a "skip payment" for the month of December. I have never needed this before, and she explained it as a payment deferral. She stated that if I wanted to do it, I could bring $40.00 into the branch and sign a form. An hour later, I went in and spoke with Eric, who took the $40.00 and had me sign the skip payment form. They have a record of this. The interaction was pleasant, and I was incredibly grateful and relieved for this option after a rough month of injuring both hands, a blown out tire, and brake replacement. Due to the arrangement, we planned on visiting family for Christmas, which we could not have done otherwise. On Christmas Day, as we were ready to leave OKC, I realized they did take the money out of my account. My account was overdrawn. Our plans had to be cancelled. It was really emotional for my kids, and since we had planned to travel, and eat once we got to our destination, we had no groceries. Of course they were closed and there was no one to speak with- just no groceries, no gas, and an overdrawn bank account due to the error of the teller. While the emotional toll and missed Christmas experience cannot be made up for, you would think they would at least own up to the overdraft fees and take responsibility for reimbursing me. This is what I expected when I was told I had to go BACK into the branch to resolve this. The teller told me to sit and wait for the manager. After an hour, I needed to return to work, so I went to ask if she knew how much longer it might be. She said, and I quote, "You can go ask him if you want." He was with someone and this struck me as inappropriate to send a customer to go bother him instead of providing an educated guess as to how much more time she thought it might take. I asked, "You want me to go disturb him to see how much longer it will be?" And she said, "You can wait until he is done to ask him, OBVIOUSLY." What? You want to mess up my whole Christmas, cost me hundreds in overdraft fees, and then act like a petulant child on top of that? you OBVIOUSLY don't need this job if you think it is ok to talk to people that way. No, ma'am. Once I got to speak with him, which was well over an hour wait, he expressed not one grain of accountability. The manager told me what "probably" happened and in his ridiculous scenario of events, about how they probably did not catch it, and they probably forgot to cancel the auto draft, and they probably did not see the pop up that said it was already in process, and they probably shouldn't have let me know it was done, and he should probably have them let people know there is no guarantee.... He used the word "probably" to justify this mistake no less than six times. Not only was reimbursement of the overdraft fees not offered, but I was told there is nothing they could do about those AND they failed to provide the letter regarding the incident to provide to my bank. This was a letter the lady on the phone told me they would provide me when I got there. Lastly, they refused to refund the $40.00 fee they charged me for this entire debacle. They charged me a fee to put me through all of this. As soon as it is appropriate, I fully intend to refinance my loan elsewhere. I do not recommend this credit union for any of your banking needs. They will "probably" be rude to you, and "probably" will not follow through on your transactions even when you have a signed document."

"Complete garbage! DO NOT GOVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! The customer service is rude and they will hang up on you. They lie about when funds will be available. They don’t notify you when they make changes to your account or money availability. Here’s the story….> I opened a business account on Monday giving them my first check (from a personal friend/first customer) as a new business they told me my full funds would be available on Friday and they gave me $250 temporary funds. I left and bought some chemicals $75. On Thursday I needed to buy a trailer, hoping the funds would be available the balance showed $0. It was after business hours so I had to wait till this morning to call. Now after talking to them they tell me their fraud department revoked my temporary funds (can’t get gas) and told me they might be available tomorrow on a Saturday? (When did Saturday become a business day?) I never received a call or any notification that my funds had been revoked or were under further investigation (why they can’t call the owner of the check is beyond me) which is not only rude, disrespectful, and dishonest but is probably illegal. Not to mention the average hold time is 10 minutes and the tier 1 staff hardly know what’s going on causing me to not only wait 10 minutes before they said hi, but now add 20 minutes waiting for them to figure out how to get ahold of someone to take care of my issue. I hate to leave a review like this, but I do not tolerate dishonesty and shady practices. Once I have my funds and I will be removing them and going anywhere else. Oh did I mention the agent just decided to hang up on me? Yeah this business needs shut down. Do not waste your time or money here protect yourself. Buyers beware."
"Wow! Just wow! Customer service? Bar none. I have never felt like I mattered more than how these ladies made me feel. The three of them took excellent service and were so kind. They told us all about our options, and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. I am sending everyone I know here for a car loan. Thankyou, Kim and jaylene for your help. Also, rashee..give her a raise!!!!! She knows customers names and is so friendly and personable. 10/10"
