"Unapologetic manager (Kjell) and employee (Travis) for shipping a used airgun instead the new airgun that was paid for online. Be careful and check what you get from this store if you live in a different state or even local. Looks like they hate Californians and think people are dumb enough to accept air guns with rusty barrels. They don’t even apologize and offer to fix the issue in a timely manner, instead they will try to make you send them email after email and message after message before you hear the world “I apologize or sorry”. Manager even said it’s beyond our policies to refund me. Seriously? To ripoff customers by selling used Airgun instead of what they pay for when they order NEW airguns is your policy? Your store should be closed. See photos for what you get when you buy new Airguns from this store. Given the managers response, without even apologizing, they really don’t deserve to be in this business of Airguns."
