"Maceys 20 years ago 5 stars. Maceys today 1 star. They have a serious identity crisis. They keep doubling down on losses and can't figure it out. 8:30 am place is dead no checkers and 15 or so self check out stations. Went to Smiths in P.G. right after I left Maceys due to the frustrations of prices and no checkers. Smiths had 3 checkers and maybe 6 self check out lines. The place is hopping and the workers were smiling and very friendly. Go ahead Maceys keep doubling down on your stupidity and keep losing your customer base year after year. I for one will not be back any time soon."
