"Went to the Family Dollar in Orem Utah at 9:45 and the doors were locked. Store hours posted on door show that it’s open at 9AM. I called the store, no answer! I went around back and found 2 staff members unloading a truck They said they they would not open the store until they unload their truck. No apology, no answer as to when they would open. No notification on their door and a bit of an attitude when I asked. Just a very blunt, sharp response. I’ll drive somewhere else from now on. Customers are clearly not a priority."
"Left right after I got said that I don't mean to be a pain but can you park somewhere else I have an eighteen wheeler coming. Only good spot for me to considering I drive a Ford F350 superduty! plus I'm in an arm sling, so I'm not having an easy time driving anyways. Plus went out of my way to go to your store. I guess you don't care about your customers unless it benefits you! Thanks for making me not feel wanted or caring about the situation."
